Founded in 1994, this annual festival contains a weekend of live reggae in scenic downtown Austin. This alcohol-free, family-friendly occasion celebrates the diversity and creativity of the town with 4 levels, 22 bands, visible art installations, jugglers, storytellers, hearth dancers and a grand fireworks finale. This annual festival can be the biggest gathering of Celts in Central Texas. The event is residence to 4 stages of Irish, Scottish and Breton music, dance, sports activities, storytelling, workshops and extra. The pageant is organised by Shiftworks with various partners and co-organisers. The conference programme is organised in collaboration with the Estonian music improvement centre and export office Music Estonia.
